Metaburn is a high-intensity, full-body workout designed to build endurance and elevate overall fitness.


All classes are led by certified experienced coaches who prioritize proper form, purposeful progress, and consistent results.

TEAM TRAINING

Looking for a personal training experience but still want to experience the benefits of working in a group? We've got you covered. We offer team training sessions dedicated to motivate you and help you reach your goals. Team training sesions are for groups of 2-5 people.
